Part L : 2010

The last part of the 2010 building regulations update has finally fallen into place.

With immediate effect all new SAP calculations, SBEM calculations and EPCs must be carried out using the latest versions of the national calculation methodologies.

The impact of this is that buildings started after November 2010 but completed after 17th April will have a different (worse) EPC rating than originally predicted.
